Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Nicole Clarke

My work experience largely consists of leadership and management positions where I've had to onboard, train and retain talent on my team both in office and in the field. My niche is in operations where I am an expert at organization and creating the best paths for success.

Throughout my years of experience, I've honed my skills and know what it takes to foster a healthy and productive work environment through proper training. I know what it takes to sustain and grow an organization. I am adept at finding appropriate solutions for all types of organizational conflict.


I live in New York, just outside the city with my husband two kids. My kids keep me busy and I truly live the full blown soccer mom life! When I have free time, you can find me hiking, running, baking or reading.


Jennifer O'Neill

Co-Founder and Chief Recruiting Officer

I have worked directly in the HR world for the last 5 years, both in talent acquisition and in management roles. Immediately prior to co-founding North Star, I oversaw the recruiting my team was doing and was responsible for the hiring, training, career development and retention of a large team.

Onboarding, training and retention are my favorite things to help clients with! Over my years in management, I have built and maintained incredibly successful teams and relationships with my employees. Many of them were promoted internally and I am confident that my guidance helped them achieve their goals.


Outside of work, you can find me at home on the south shore of Massachusetts with my husband and 1 year old daughter. I love going to the beach, watching live music, reading and a really good glass of red wine.
